What is a ouija board
Basically, it’s a board, such as the one pictured above, you have to put your hand on a planchette, and the planchette is supposed to move around by itself and send you messages from the beyond
Brief history
The concept of “planchette writing” as a means of contacting the dead dates back to the Song Dynasty in China (1100 AD)
But the ouija board itself doesn’t have ancient roots
Ouija Boards had their roots in the Spiritual movement in the U.S that began during the 1840’s
Elijah Bond and others decided to take this board and turn it into a patented toy during 1890’s
Is it real, is it dangerous?
Some people have had some extremely bad encounters with this. Some say how it can unlock a portal into another dark world and let things in, you never want.
Is it all in their minds or is it something genuine?
Who really knows the absolute truth, but here is where you can read about people and their experiences
Is there a scientific explanation?
Yes, there is! It’s called the ideometer effect, or basically the idea that your involuntary/unconsciously moving the planchette yourself!
Here are some experiments and lots more information that support this notion
Fun and games
Here’s an online version of the ouija. Maybe it’ll give you an idea of how it works. Don’t worry the online version isn’t “haunted”, just something to pass the time if you are bored!

I found this extremely trippy, weird supposedly psychological test, where they ask you to tie together these shapes and give them characteristics.

I just posted a few questions up. As you can see it’s really, really odd and slightly creepy.

At the end of the test they gave you a personality description based on your choices.

Try it for yourself here

Masterpost of creepy websites

the fuck, took this test and its scary accurate like they ask the dumbest questions it makes no sense.

some messages I got.

I did this test and got a diagnosis; I was like yeah, yeah, this could be about anybody. Right until the end, then it hit home like a dagger in the back.

If you have photosensitive epilepsy, you shouldn’t go on this site because the entire test is fuzzy, subtly moving, hypnotizing animation.

I made this post back a while ago, but I’m bring it back with some new information.

The funny thing about this test?

Those accurate personality descriptions are randomly generated. SOURCE

IS THIS A FUCKING RAINBOW CHEESECAKE?????

I AM FUCKING MAKING THIS.

Original Video: How to Make Rainbow Cheesecake

Reblogging for future reference.

I made a rainbow cake for my first college party. I covered it in black frosting and dusted it with white sprinkles so it would be very dramatic when it was cut into. The cake was thrown onto a table with a bunch of other desserts and kind of forgotten about; the host had taken it from me with a look of ‘I can’t believe this idiot freshman made a fucking black cake.’

Cue two hours later when someone cut into it and screamed, “JESUS FUCKING CHRIST, COME AND SEE THIS CAKE.”

After that, I had more friends than I knew what to do with.

#323 One day, Gale’s son had learnt about the Hunger Games in a history lesson at school. He came home and told his father about it and was surprised when his father said “I wanted to volunteer for them once.” He quickly continued when he saw the shocked look on his sons face, “Only to protect the girl I loved –not your mother- my first love. But I needed to stay and protect her family.” His son then stayed quiet for a while before he finally asked, “What happened to her?” and for the first time in his whole life, he saw a tear role down his fathers’ face before he turned away, and heard his voice crack as he said he didn’t know.

How Girls Take A Shower

dont forget the part where you pretend you’re having a really sad moment in the rain

#ur missing when I waterbend

And the period shower where you stand and watch the blood flowing down the drain as if you just got back from a war or brawl.

As a girl I can confirm that all of this happens.
